URBANA is the union of a leading edge artistic copper laminate within glass, polycarbonate, or acrylic. Reminiscent of the textures and pattern made possible through the artistic use of a hand grinder on a metal surface, Urbana remains an integral member of Smart Design’s new Grindesign Series. Mechanical in execution, with a focus on catching the viewer’s eye through graffiti patterns, contrasting colors, and holographic effects through reflected light, Urbana is a design that gives new meaning to city rustic.
